Priorities

This set of tasks has been made more specific and tied largely to May deliverables.  June tasks will be defined towards the end of May but will almost certainly be in the same priority areas.

  • Perform post-launch support for the Bot Garden
    • Ask Holly and Paul for feedback (May)
    • Training for pot tag procedure and hort staff use (May)
  • Determine whether we have performance problems, especially from the user perspective
    • Assess impact of term completion changes in 3.2.2 (PAHMA-813)
      • May 20: Repeat log analysis for term completion times (May)
    • STIM: Team discussion on approach and set out new tasks (Chris, Ray, Glen, Rick, Aron) (May)
    • Assess user experience of system performance: UCJEPS (2 hours - meet, identify and document pain points) (May)
    • Assess user experience of system performance: PAHMA (2 hours - meet, identify and document pain points (May)
    • Assess user experience of system performance: UCBG (2 hours - meet, identify and document pain points (May)
    • Identify any June tasks that are high priority to address performance issues (May)

  • Address critical stability bugs for existing deployments
