Notes on MMI's CollectionSpace v1.9 implementation

This is a running commentary of changes to MMI's CSpace v1.9 instance. Each step in the development process has been tested and documented here.

At this point v1.9 has been built & deployed and a mmi tenant has been created using the mini-build tool.
