CollectionSpace offers to its authors and community a variety of online resources for communicating, coordinating, tracking and verifying work on the project, as described below.
An online aggregation portal for conveniently viewing recent activity across a number of these resources is also available.
The CollectionSpace project team uses several mailing lists to organize communications. Membership in these lists is open to anyone in the community: simply follow the links to sign up. You can also browse any list's archives, to get an idea of the types of conversations found there. For more details, please see Mailing Lists.
CollectionSpace is using an issue tracker, managed by Atlassian's JIRA software, to track and manage a variety of issues and planned work, such as bug reports, project issues, and tasks. For more details, please see Issue Tracking.

CollectionSpace is using a continuous integration service, managed by an Atlassian Bamboo server. Whenever new source code is checked in, this service can run a build using that code and optionally run tests against the build. For more details, please see Continuous Integration Service.
The CollectionSpace project team manages a project Maven repository, managed by a JFrog Artifactory Repository Manager server. This repository is used to publish some of the CollectionSpace project's build artifacts (e.g. POM and JAR files), as well as to cache similar build artifacts, such as artifacts from third party libraries on which the project's source code depends. The CollectionSpace Project team uses an IRC channel on Freenode for "live" (real-time) collaborative discussions. Anyone interested in the project is welcome to join the channel and participate in the discussions. For more details, please see IRC Channel.
CollectionSpace is managing a number of server hosts that offer public demonstrations, facilitate QA testing, provide project resources, and host early-stage deployments. These servers are typically run on rented virtual private servers in the "cloud." For more details, please see Hosting - Releases and Deployment.
