Wireframes will be changing throughout the design process. Check back for updated designs.

Introduction

The wireframe creation process aids in developing the layout, functionality and workflow of the entire application. This is an iterative process where changes are frequent and the relationships between workflow and pages/screens are constantly being rethought and refined. Additionally, wireframe development helps defines a rough "personality" and creates a familiar feel to the layout and structure of the application. Elements of Information Architecture, User Design and best practices are integrated throughout this process.

Your feedback is encouraged. We will hold "show-and-tell" sessions to describe our current thinking and gather feedback from a wider audience.

Scenario: User wants to create new object records
Step 1: User clicks on the "Create New" tab at the top left and brings up Create landing page.
Step 2: Since user is creating object records, user clicks on Create New button within the Object Records section.
Step 3: User is brought to the Create New Object page.
Step 4: Once user creates the objects, they can view each individual Object page.

Finding and Editing

Scenario: User wants to edit information on an existing object record
Steps: User clicks on Find/Edit tab and arrives at the main landing page, in which one can filter and sort the most recently edited records - organizational, procedural, and object records.
