Per discussion among Patrick Schmitz, Richard Millet, and Aron Roberts on 2009-01-05, it was suggested that the Service Description Repository might be split among Entity services and Utility services.
Some possible utility services that may be required by multiple entity and/or task services might fall under such broad categories as:
